Upload a .sva package to verify its SHA-512 evidence root and file integrity.

Verification confirms evidence package integrity. It does not independently certify authenticity, ownership, age, market value, or legal status.

Future: client-side verifier will allow local package verification in browser without uploading the .sva file.
